Return and Refund Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Conditions: product unused, in good condition and in its original packaging.
How to proceed: email us before sending anything to get a return authorization and the return address. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.
Refund: after we receive and inspect the product, we refund the item amount to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs: the customer's responsibility, unless the product received is defective, damaged, or our mistake — in those cases, write to us with a photo of the product and we will make it right (replacement or refund).
