How long does delivery take?
We prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 4 to 15 business days in Canada and 4 to 14 business days in the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Canada: $12 (Standard) or $20 (Express). United States: $14.99. Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time from that link.
Can customs fees apply?
For orders delivered to the United States, duties or taxes may apply on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility, under current regulations.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us through the Contact page. The item must be unused and in its original condition. After we receive and inspect it, we refund the original payment method.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
Write to us through the Contact page within 30 days, with a photo of the problem. We will offer a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, write to us quickly through the Contact page and we will do our best. Once the parcel has shipped, a return will be required.
